Delivery Information
We’re a UK-based business and currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched and delivered within 3–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, adverse weather, or courier delays.
Delivery Charges
Any delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Live Plants
Because we sell live plants, we may sometimes adjust dispatch dates to make sure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.
We package all plants carefully to protect them in transit. Please note that natural variation in plant size, shape, and colour is completely normal.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check your delivery address and contact details when ordering. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Live Plants
Damaged, Unhealthy, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
Clear photos of the plants
Photos of the packaging (where possible)
We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. and will need to be returned
