Delivery Information

We are a UK-based business and currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times


  • Orders are dispatched and delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.

Delivery Charges


  • Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Live Plants


  • As we sell live plants, dispatch times may occasionally be adjusted to ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition.

  • Plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Please note that natural variation in size, shape, and colour is normal.

Delivery Issues


  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Live Plants

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


  • If your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please include clear photographs of the plants and packaging where possible.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items


  • Live plants cannot be returned once delivered unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Order Cancellations


  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.It will need to be returned

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
