Border Bloom is a UK-based garden design service specialising in professionally designed planting borders with plants supplied directly to customers.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Border Bloom. References to “you” or “the customer” mean the person purchasing our services.

2. Our Services

Border Bloom provides:

  Bespoke or pre-designed planting border designs
  
• 
  Supply and delivery of plants in accordance with the agreed design
  

Designs are created based on the information provided by the customer, including site conditions, preferences, and any photographs or measurements supplied.

3. Orders & Payment

• 
  All orders must be placed via our website or by direct agreement with Border Bloom.
  
• 
  Full payment is required before design work begins and before plants are ordered.
  
• 
  Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable (if registered).
  

4. Design Approval

• 
  Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before plant ordering begins.
  
• 
  Once approved, designs cannot be amended without additional cost.
  
• 
  Border Bloom is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
  

5. Plant Supply & Availability

• 
  Plants are living products and availability may vary due to seasonal or supplier constraints.
  
• 
  If a specified plant becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable alternative of similar quality and value.
  
• 
  Minor variations in plant size, shape, or colour are normal and not considered defects.
  

6. Delivery

• 
  Plants are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  
• 
  Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, supplier delays, or logistics beyond our control.
  
• 
  Customers must ensure safe access for delivery and be available to receive plants where required.
  

7. Plant Care & Responsibility

• 
  Once delivered, responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer.
  
• 
  Border Bloom cannot guarantee plant performance or longevity, as this depends on planting, weather conditions, soil, and ongoing maintenance.
  
• 
  We strongly recommend planting as soon as possible after delivery and following any care guidance provided.
  

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• 
  Design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
  
• 
  Orders cannot be cancelled once plants have been ordered from suppliers.
  
• 
  Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or failure to plant or maintain plants correctly.
  

9. Liability

• 
  Border Bloom’s liability is limited to the value of the services and products supplied.
  
• 
  We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or future plant failure.
  
• 
  Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, planting plans, and written materials remain the intellectual property of Border Bloom and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
